A branch company of beauty products needs an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

We need for our Branch in Abidjan, an Office Administrator to perform the following tasks:
– Accounting assistant:
o Booking of non-group AP invoices
o Manage relations with LWA accounting department

– Administrative assistant:
o take in charge declarations regarding taxes, social charges, VAT and other local taxes
o tasks that could require to be located in Abidjan (in order to be able to go to the different desks in the city)
o take in charge some Branch assistants tasks (water, office supply, internet, telephone, relations with non-group suppliers,…)
o DED procedure follow up:
– Check with operational if PO & GR are done on time
– AP invoices follow up

The candidate should be:
– A graduate with accounting background
– At least 2 years of work experience
– Ability to communicate in English and French
– Work with little supervision
– Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite
